My story.....

Over 4 years ago, I was a competitive athlete and in the best shape in of my life. Almost overnight my entire life completely changed. I was unexpectedly hit with shingles, viral meningitis, and my thyroid stopped working causing my muscles to atrophy. I could barely walk or move any part of my body for almost a year. I was finally diagnosed with CHRONIC LYME DISEASE.

Over the next few years, I learned how to love, heal and be thankful for the body I now had. My body had pain, it was slow, and it was heavier. I learned how to listen to my body when it needed to move, the foods it needed to fuel it and new mindset strategies to work on my beliefs about healing and my physical health and fitness.

I learned how to show up every day, commit to my health and implement specific strategies that successfully worked. I want the same for you! You can learn all of this too and start to feel happy and healthy again.

In this 1:1, 7 week on-line PROGRAM, you will:

  • Define your goals/intentions for the program.  You will learn how to start from where you are now and create your vision/goals of what you truly desire for your optimal health and your life as a whole and why you want this.

  •  Work on your emotions/feelings and learn how to re-wire internal beliefs and release any limitations from your specific health issue(s) and help you move forward. Many times, are physical symptoms; illness, pain and fatigue stem from unresolved trauma and memories and negative patterns which impacts our system. You will also learn ideas to implement into your life.

  •  Learn how to envision, create and step into the highest healthiest version of YOU and who you want to become.

  •  Learn the importance of eating specific foods that have higher vibrations to help you heal and support your immune system. Your nutrition is 80% of your healing success. You will also learn how to implement this into your life. You will also learn why movement/exercise is essential not only for you physically but how it impacts all areas of your life. We will also talk about supplements and lab work that may be needed.

  •   Learn the importance of self-care (body, mind and spirit) and getting enough sleep and how it relates to healing. You will also learn ideas to implement into your life. 

  •   How to start taking action and implementing your goals into your lifestyle and start planning an effective routine/habit to maintain your health.

  •  Go over what you learned the last 6 weeks and answer any questions/concerns and how to continue your healing journey.


In Addition:

  • We will meet weekly online using Zoom for each 60 minute session. All sessions will be recorded so you always have access to them.

  • We will have a secret FB group for additional support and resources and where you will easily see the recordings of our sessions and homework in the UNIT section.

  • I am here for you for the entire 7 weeks to work to guide you, support you and answer any questions/concerns that come up (even on days we don’t meet).
